The History of the Club

High Flyers started in 1991 as a small recreational trampoline club at Priory School in Worle running with 3 trampolines in a school gym.  As the sport became more popular the Club increased the number of trampolines to 5. As coaching qualifications increased so did the standard of the children and the Club started to enter competitions with a small group of performers. Soon these performers were jumping so high we needed to find a hall with a higher ceiling!! Therefore we opened a satellite club in Broadoak sixth form.

The Club evolved over a number of years and with a growing number of performers, members and coaches we finally settled in bases at Hutton Moor, Weston super Mare and Kings of Wessex Leisure Centre, Cheddar.

We now have approx 60 team members and 200 recreational members,1 high performance coach, 8 senior coaches, 5 assistants, 1 International Judge, 3 County judge and 1 Club Judge.
