How much does a lesson cost?
Each one hour lesson cost just £5.00 per child. This is payable at the beginning of each lesson and you do not have to pay for missed lessons.
All we ask is that you tell us when you are not going to attend so we know to keep your place, especially if you are away for 2 weeks or more, for example, going on holiday.

How do the lessons work?
Depending on the age of the group, the lessons are planned to involve an element of learning and play. The games are structured to benefit co-ordination and balance on the trampoline.
The children will work towards awards which run from 1-10 progressively. The first few can be attained quite quickly, but then they start to get a little harder. Once each level is passed, you can purchase the certificates and badges through the club for £3 per set.
All of our sessions have fully qualified and in-housed trained coaches
As we have a number of children in each group, we do ask that, if you want to watch your child's lesson, to leave the hall and go to the viewing gallery. You will get a better view and also it enables your child to concentrate on what the coach is saying rather that looking around for mum or dad!
All our trampolines are full sized which are serviced regularly. We have full safety equipment including crash mats and floor mats around the trampolines. Our safety record is impeccable and we endeavour to maintain our high standards at all times. The children are never left to bounce unattended at any time.
All under 8's are escorted to the toilet by either a coach or a older child of the same gender whenever is practically possible.
As we have a duty of care for your child until the time you pick them up, we ask that you drop off and pick up your child from the hall and not from the car park, especially during the dark winter months. We need to know that they have gone home safely with the correct person.
If your child has an accident, if it is minor, we will wait until pick up time and inform you of what happened and ask you to complete the accident report form. If it is more serious, you will be contacted immediately, so therefore it is important for you to make sure your contact details that we hold are up to date at all times.
Insurance Requirements
It is compulsory, once you have joined (after an initial trial period) you need to be registered with the British Amateur Gymnastics Association (BAGA). The cost is £25 per year and runs from October to September. This is done through the club, but you will receive confirmation of registration direct to your house. In return, you will receive insurance details which covers you during trampoline sessions and also a membership badge, calendar and magazine.
What do I have to wear?
Most important - your child must wear socks to protect their toes whilst bouncing on the trampoline. They can wear jogging bottoms, leggings with t-shirts and sweatshirts. Please no jeans! You will notice that some of the children wear leotards and shorts - please note, this is not compulsory! We do emphasize that no jewellery and watches are worn whilst trampolining, with the exception of stud earrings only. If there is anything that you would like to ask, just speak to one of the coaches or contact us by telephone or email. Safety First... |
